成立鉅冠印刷股份有限公司，專門生產電腦報表。資本額參佰萬元。
＊1990年：
鉅冠以優良品質，完善的服務，獲得中南部百分之八十之證券商的肯定，佔有大量電腦報表印的訂單為提高產能與品質，自西德引進世界知名之高速六色商業輪轉印刷機，創台灣電腦報表紙業之先鋒。
＊1991年：
成立金融事業部，專研有價證券之製作與開發，並先後增購MICR支票印製設備及二色、三色印刷機各一部，從事支票、股票、存單之印製，資本額增至新台幣壹仟貳佰萬元正。
＊1994年：
金融業務穩定成長，遂結合同業設製自動存摺機，增營存摺印刷。

購置現址廠房，資本額增至新台幣貳仟萬元
＊1998年：
信用卡業務之極速發展，銀行與客戶之間對於帳款往來頻繁，對帳單及西式開窗信封被大量使用，轉投資同業從事資料處理及西式開窗信封之印製。資本額增至新台幣伍仟肆佰萬元。

隨著資訊業不斷的進步，每一張印刷表單的內容需求不同，條碼大量使用，資料處理作業增加。更取得全國最大量之健保卡承印業務，增設二部五色印刷機及世界最先進數位印刷機。

雷射印表二台，裝封機三台，撕折二部，封口機、貼名條機各二部

＊1990：
We had won great quantity of orders and the trust from the 80% of the stock agencies in the middle and southern Taiwan by producing the high quality printing papers and offering the best service after sales. Much more than this, we are the pioneer among the printing paper producers in Taiwan by importing the famous high speed 6-colors commercial rotating printing machine.
＊1991：
The financial business department was founded. It’s specialized in the production and development of the valuable certificates. As followed, we purchased the MICR check printing equipment, one 2-colors printing machine and one 3-colors printing machine for the printing works of the checks, shares and deposit certificates. At this time, the total amount of the capital was NT$12 millions.
＊1994：
The sales of the financial products were growing stablely. Therefore, we cooperated with the related printing companies to produce the automatic pass-book registering machines.
＊1995：
The factory at the above written address was purchased. The total amount of the capital was increased to NT$20 millions.
＊1998：
Due to the rapid development of the credit card business, the treansferring of the money was very frequent between the banks and the their clients, and the bills and the western adhesive envelops were multiplely applied; we invested our capital in the data processing related business and the related printing of the western adhesive envelopes. The total amount of the capital was NT$54 millions.
＊1999：
As the information related business keeps on growing prosperously, the content requirements for eash printed form, the bar code technology was multiplely applied. As followed, the works of the data processing increased. Much more than this , we were authorized by the government to print the most amount of the Hcalth Insurancc Cards in Taiwan. Therefore, we purchased two 5-colors printing machines and the worldly most advanced digital printing machine.
